Is your local talking therapy service for people aged 16 and over. Treatments are free of charge and the service can support individual’s to improve their mental wellbeing through education, guided self-help tools and evidence-based talking therapies.
If you are 16 and over you can self-refer without needing to see your GP, but you may find it helpful to speak to your doctor first.
