Right from the start, our induction and support programmes foster direct links with you as the person who really knows what makes your child ‘tick’!

We offer a range of both regular weekly (drop in reading) and more ad-hoc opportunities to get to appreciate your child’s school day and learning experiences. Examples include phonics sessions, after school maths workshops and specific issues such as sharing the latest measures and advice to ensure your child is safe on the internet and when using interactive e- games.

We value your viewpoint and will always get back to you to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss issues or concerns. Governors operate an annual questionnaire together with periodic forum sessions.

Parent volunteers make a BIG contribution both in support of our lively learning, special event weeks and in providing valued regular help such as in hearing individual readers.
